We accept most major insurance plans and offer several payment options. Bring your insurance card and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.
Vision Plans We Accept
Vision plans typically cover routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Bring your card and we'll verify benefits before your visit — or call 925-934-4313 ahead of time.
Medical Plans We Accept
Medical plans cover visits tied to eye health — foreign body removal, infections, sudden vision changes, ocular disease monitoring, and similar. Bring your medical insurance card alongside any vision plan card.
Don't see your plan? Call us — we may still be in-network. We can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment Methods
Out-of-Network Patients
If we are out of network for your plan, you are still welcome to see us. We will collect payment at the time of service and provide a detailed superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. Please check your out-of-network benefits with your carrier beforehand.
